I can't recommend Bill Malloy highly enough! He was our buyer's agent for purchasing a home in Camp Hill, and he truly went above and beyond every step of the way. For every house we viewed, he dove deep into research--providing extensive background on the property, market interest, comparable sales, and any potential red flags. His preparation gave us confidence and helped us make informed decisions without feeling overwhelmed. Once we found the right home, Bill's expertise shone even brighter. Bill and Trina Malloy from Berkshire Hathaway were the perfect fit as realtors for our first-time homebuying experience.
